Key Achievements:
- E-Facilitation Introduction (2021): Introduced the e-facilitation approach to 22 CEFE facilitators during a training program organized by GIZ. This innovative approach has significantly enhanced the digital engagement and effectiveness of facilitation processes.
- ANAPEC Offer Development (2023): Played a pivotal role in developing the ANAPEC offer to support 100,000 entrepreneurs. This initiative utilized a blended learning approach, combining traditional and digital methodologies for maximum impact.
- Blended Facilitators Training (2023): Led the training of blended facilitators, equipping them with the skills to merge in-person and online training methods effectively.
About the Project:
In collaboration with GIZ MA, this project focused on revolutionizing facilitation and entrepreneurial support in Morocco.
